Obituary of Betty Horne McDonald

Betty Horne McDonald, 83, of Wytheville died Sunday, November 12, 2017 after a short illness.

She was the daughter of the late Edith and Marvin Horne and was preceded by her husband, Kenneth McDonald, sisters Margaret Thomas of Speedwell and Maye Dodson of Wytheville.

Surviving are a sister, Maude Cox of Wytheville; brother Marty Horne and wife, Frieda of Roanoke; and many nieces and nephews and dear friends.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Rural Retreat Methodist Church, Rural Retreat, Va. with Pastor Brett McCleary officiating.
