I am so sorry for your loss of Sam. I worked at VDOT with Sam and loved his laugh...he could be so funny. Keeping you in thoughts and prayers as to go through this journey.
I am so sorry to hear of Sam passing. I will always remember him, he would always visit with my Dad and Tommy when he traveled to Blacksburg. Tommy sends his condolence and is sorry he is not able to attend as I am also. Sam was always a happy person, always smiling. I had not seen him for years when I ran into him in the NAPA auto parts store in Salem. It seems that we ran into each other more often after that. He will be missed by all who knew him especially his classmates. I remember I pestered him about going to our class reunion because he had not attended one. I stayed on him until he agreed to attend.
